IDA Member (Service Wing) Policy

1. Purpose

This IDA Member (Service Wing) Policy outlines the principles, expectations, and responsibilities of IDA Member (Service Wing) associated with IDA TRUST.

2. Guiding Principle

IDA TRUST operates on the foundational belief that: All are equal; there are no ups and downs in our IDA family — only shared responsibilities. IDA Member (Service Wing) are respected members of the organization and are treated with dignity and fairness.

3. Eligibility

Any individual who:

  • Shares the vision and mission of IDA TRUST
  • Is willing to serve with integrity and discipline
  • Agrees to abide by the policies of the Trust
  • may apply to become a IDA Member (Service Wing).

4. Roles & Responsibilities

IDA Member (Service Wing) may assist in:

  • Community outreach programs
  • Educational initiatives
  • Health and welfare activities
  • Environmental campaigns
  • Administrative and coordination support
  • Responsibilities will be clearly communicated before assignment.

5. Code of Conduct

All IDA Member (Service Wing) must:

  • Maintain professionalism and ethical behaviour
  • Respect beneficiaries, fellow IDA Member (Service Wing), and trustees
  • Avoid discrimination based on caste, religion, gender, or background
  • Refrain from misuse of authority or resources
  • Protect confidential information
  • Represent IDA TRUST responsibly in public

6. Non-Remuneration

IDA Member (Service Wing) service is voluntary in nature and does not constitute employment. No salary or financial compensation is provided unless specifically approved by the Trust under special programs.

7. Termination of IDA Member (Service Wing) Association

IDA TRUST reserves the right to discontinue IDA Member (Service Wing) association in cases of:

  • Misconduct
  • Violation of policies
  • Activities harmful to the Trust’s reputation or objectives
8. Amendment

The Trust reserves the right to amend this policy as required for organizational development.
